Ghana Premier League side Ashanti Gold have agreed a kit sponsorship deal with Nigerian sportswear OWU ahead of the 2021/22 season.
OWU are one of the local leading sports manufacturers in Nigeria and were the official kit partners of their national handball team in 2019 where they provided them with jerseys and others for all their championships.
The Miners made the announcement via their Facebook page.
"We are delighted to announce that an agreement has been reached with Owu as our new kit sponsors," the club posted.
The Miners have mutually parted ways with Gimel- who were their jersey sponsors last season.
OWU are also expected to produce jerseys, training kits, tracksuits, bibs and other football apparels to Ashgold heading into the new campaign with an option to extend which will strictly be based on marketing.
