Ashantigold winger Yaw Annor has sounded a word of caution to the entire Ghana Premier League clubs to be wary of the miners with seven games to spare.

After a difficult start to the 2021/22 season, the miners have turned things around by winning their last two games.

They sit 10th spot with 38 points after 27 matches into the domestic top-flight.

In an interview with Kumasi-based Fox FM, Yaw Annor expressed that the Miners can pose threat to other clubs after finding their form.

“Things were not going on as expected but I think we have picked our form and clubs should be wary off us. any club that comes to Obuasi must be careful because we are capable of scoring four or five goals against any opponent”

“With some few games to go, we are hoping to win most of our matches in order to break into the top four”

“The points gap between the club is not too wide, so everything is possible for us. we are taking it game after game but we are confident on making the top four” he said.
