AshGold: Amos Addae very optimistic about their CAF Cofederations Cup journey

The GFA Executive Council in a meeting on Tuesday cancelled the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season, selecting AshGold to play in next season’s Africa inter-club competition.

Amos Addae has revealed that the club is fully ready and prepared to compete in Africa.

The two time Ghana Premier League winners will compete in the 2020/21 CAF Confederation Cup whiles Asante Kotoko in the CAF Champions League.

Speaking to local radio station West FM he said

”AshGold is always AshGold, we are ready to represent Ghana in Africa,”

The CEO of the Obuasi-based club disclosed that AshGold's budget for the competition is 500,000 dollars.
