According to reports AshGold is in talks with French coach Bruno Ferry to head their academy.
The Obuasi-based club has identified the former coach of Accra Lions as the man to restructure and get new young talents for their academy.
Bruno Ferry 53, is a former French goalkeeper and currently holds a UEFA Pro License in coaching. He also has expertise in football development, scouting and can also serve as a director of football.
Ashgold was known to focus on young talents that later went on to be local stars but over the years that has changed this is the reason why they are revisiting this policy.
