Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is adamant they won't seek to sell Antoine Griezmann next month.
Dumped from the Champions League last night, it's been suggested that will hasten Griezmann's departure, with Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid all keen.
But after being asked if Atletico's failure to reach the Champions League knockout stages would impact Griezmann's future, Simeone offered a resounding response.
"On the contrary. It is a new challenge," he insisted.
"Everything that is bad, we make it into a positive."
Griezmann was expected to make the move to Old Trafford last summer before signing an extension with Atletico.
