Atletico Madrid defender Stefan Savic has backed their move for Chelsea striker Diego Costa.
Savic says the Atletico locker room will welcome Costa should he be re-signed in the coming weeks.
"If he comes, we know he can increase the quality of any team," said Savic.
"He is one of the most important players in the world and there is not much more to say about it."
On Atletico's transfer ban, the defender insists there has been a positive this summer.
"It has made us more united. We want to start the season stronger."
