Accra Hearts of Oak have handed a professional contract to the skipper of their youth team Auroras, Michelle Sarpong.
The youngster who has been a pillar in the set up of Auroras in the Greater Accra Division Two League appended his signature to the long-term deal on Thursday Afternoon.
Sarpong, 18, is a talented attacking midfielder who can operate just behind the strikers and also on the flanks. He is well known for his goal scoring abilities.
The teenager is expected to follow the footsteps of Ishmael Addo and others who made their name in the Phobian senior team decades ago after after being promoted from the developmental side.
