Ghana's West Ham United forward Andre Dede Ayew have been nominated for the BBC African Footballer Award.
Ayew was an instrumental figure in Swansea's impressive season last term and scored 12 Primier League goals at the end of the competition.
His form propelled a move to West Ham in the new season before injuring himself in his debut game for the club against Chelsea.
Ayew was nominated alongside Borussia Dortmund's Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, Riyad Mahrez of Leicester City, Liverpool's Sadio Mane and Yaya Toure of Manchester City.
