Baba Yara is a tough venue but we are ready to beat Kotoko - Aduana Stars PRO Evans Oppong

In the heart of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, anticipation is reaching a fever pitch as Aduana Stars gear up to face the formidable challenge of Kumasi Asante Kotoko at none other than the Baba Yara Stadium.

Speaking with unwavering confidence, Aduana Stars' PRO Evans Oppong expressed their readiness to conquer the imposing venue and secure a victory against one of the league's giants.

In their last Ghana Premier League game the Porcupine Warriors returned to winning ways against Accra Lions. Kotoko beat Accra Lions 1-0 thanks to a late header by Kalo Ouattara.

Aduana Stars also defeated Berekum Chelsea 1-0. Isaac Mintah scored in the 37th minute for the home side.

Asante Kotoko is 10th with 5 points on the league table while Aduana is 6th with 6 points.

"Well we have prepared ourselves we won our last game against Berekum Chelsea and it has given us morale going into this game," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"We have psych our boys we have gotten a good rest we landed in Kumasi yesterday morning when we got here so far so good everything is going well.

"We have spoken to our boys we have psych them ahead of this game we know that Baba Yara is a venue that we always get a point we are yet to win there,"
