Barca Boss Enrique Claims 'I Do Not Envy Anything' About Atletico Madrid in Tetchy Press Conference

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique insists he is happy with his team and does not envy any of the players Atletico Madrid have at their disposal.

Atletico stars like Antoine Griezmann, Yannick Carrasco and Koke have impressed in recent years, but with the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar amongst others available to him, Enrique is happy with his current Barcelona line-up.

"I like my team as it is," Enrique said, as quoted byMarca.

"Atletico are a top team, but I don't envy anything about them and prefer to stick with talking about my team."

Barcelona travel to Atletico on Sunday as they look to overtake current leaders Real Madrid ahead of their game against Villarreal in the evening.

Atletico are noted for upsetting Barcelona and Real Madrid in recent years and Enrique admitted his side will have to be wary of the 'same difficulties' which have occurred in recent matches.

"Our goal is to play a great match and get the three points," Enrique added.

"Atletico are going to present us the same difficulties as always, although it will be different than in the cup.

"It's one of the matches of the weekend and very important for both teams."

Barcelona have had a tough few weeks, being thrashed in the Champions League 4-0 by PSG and also struggling past Leganes 2-1 thanks to a late Lionel Messi penalty, but Enrique has rejected talk of potential disruption amongst the squad.

"The team has always been united," Enrique continued.

"They're happier when things have gone well and less happy when they have gone wrong.

"In any event, I have a rule not to talk about internal things that affect the development of the team."
