Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde says Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan are both carrying injuries.
The pair won't feature in the Copa del Rey tie with Murcia.
The coach said: "Arda and Aleix are out for tomorrow. Arda has re-suffered the ankle problems he sustained while with the Turkish national team while Aleix also has ankle problems that are related to the injury he had last season."
On the defender he added: "If Aleix has not been able to play because of the injuries or not is something the medical team should clear up, I'm not them."
