According to ESPN, Barcelona FC management are planning to exploit Spanish playmaking midfielder Ander Herrera (29) being on a deal with Manchester United only until June 2019, and try signing him in January. Playing for Red Devils since 2014/15, Herrera is however rooting for an Old Trafford deal extension, and is so far inclined to stay put, even if it means becoming a free agent after the end of current season.
