Barcelona keeping tabs on Myron Boadu

Spanish La Liga giants, FC Barcelona is keeping tabs on Dutch-born Ghanaian international Myron Boadu, reports according to Mundo Deportivo has revealed.

The forward who plays his club football for AZ Alkmaar has been in devastating form since the start of the 2019/2020 Eredivisie season.

The youngster has 5 goals and 4 assists in all competition for his club and has also established himself as one of the top-performing players in the Dutch Eredivisie.

His exploits have earned him call-ups to the Netherlands u-21 team in the last two international breaks. He didn’t disappoint and managed to get a couple of goals in the process.

In the last international break, Mundo Deportivo reports that Myron Boadu was scouted by FC Barcelona. It is understood that the La Liga defending champions have been monitoring the striker’s progress and have been pleased.

Other youngsters being scouted by Barcelona include Ajax midfielders Naci Ünüvar and Ryan Gravenberch, as well as PSV striker Donyell Malen.

Though all players have quality, reports indicate that the Spanish side has a keen interest in Myron Boadu.
