German giants Bayern Munich are considering to sign Austrian-Ghanaian defender Kelvin Danso in the ongoing transfer window.
The Bavarian giants are in the market for solid and high quality defender to strengthen the team for the second half of the 2023/24 campaign and Danso, is one of the defenders being considered by the club.
The Bundesliga outfit are now weighing up their option after failing to beat Tottenham Hotspurs to secure the services of Genoa defender Radu Dragusen.
According to transfer expect, Fabrizio Romano, Radu Dragusen is close to joining the English Premier League outfit following an official bid on Tuesday.
However, Bayern has reportedly added the Austrian-Ghanaian to their centre-back shortlist and are likely to go for the Lens defender.
Danso has been a standout performer for French side RC Lens in the past two season. He came close to joining Serie Champions last summer but the deal fell through.
He was already on Bayern list last summer but then he signed new deal at Lens.
The 25-year-old Austrian-Ghanaian played a huge role to help Len finish second in the Ligue 1 to secure qualification to the 2-2023/24 UEFA Champions League last season, where the team bow out at group stage.
The highly-rated defender has managed 22 appearances across competitions for RC Lens so far this season.
