Bayern Munich wide man Arjen Robben has hinted that a move to the Chinese Super League is a viable option, but is keen to sign on for another deal in Germany.

The Dutch winger's contract expires come June and with the player still keen to continue playing at a highly competitive level, he believes that he can sign on for one more season with the Bundesliga champions under coach Carlo Ancelotti.

However, according toFourFourTwo, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star admits to have considered moving to the now lucrative and popular Chinese Super League either at the end of this season or in the future.

When asked about the prospect of playing his football in Asia, Robben said: "Everyone has to personally assess this. You must never say that this is not an option. But also do not say that you want to go.

"I am now at Bayern. Of course, I plan a little, I talk to my wife. I am now at the top level. You must see what comes next.

"My family comes first, but the life experience, living elsewhere - in the USA, in China - might come. But maybe not. Maybe I'll go back home [to the Netherlands]. I do not rule out anything.

"The extension of the contract is not yet an issue. I'm concentrating on the next six months and I want to win the championship.

"I have no deadline, if it comes it comes. I only concentrate on football. I still have a contract, after that I'll stay another year, maybe another year [after that]."
