Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed has pleaded with the fans to be patient ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup second leg game against JS Saoura in Algeria.

The Ghana Premier League champions go into the second leg with a two-goal lead after the first leg.

Hearts defeated JS Saoura 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium courtesy goals by Salifu Ibrahim and Agyenim Boateng.

The Phobians despite a difficult start to the Ghana Premier League campaign rose to the occasion and defeated their Algerian counterparts.

The team departed Ghana for the reverse fixture on Wednesday and will hope to return home with flying colors.

In an interview, Fatawu Mohammed urged the fans to exercise patience since the newly signed players are yet to gel with the club.

“They should be patient with us because most of the players we signed at the end of last season are yet to gel with us”

“It is not easy being a new player at Hearts of Oak, so I believe they will need time to adapt to life at the club” he said.
