Belgian Jupiler Pro League outfit, Royal Antwerp have expressed interest in Ghanaian international Salifu Ibrahim and are keen on securing his services from Hearts of Oak before the summer transfer window ends.

The highly-rated attacker joined the Phobians earlier this year in a deal that saw him part ways with fellow Ghana Premier League side Techiman Eleven Wonders.

At both clubs, the attacker excelled and in the end helped Hearts of Oak to emerge as Champions of the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup.

Today, sources have reported that there are several interest in Salifu Ibrahim even as his club prepares for the CAF Champions League.

One of the interested clubs is Royal Antwerp from Belgium. The club have followed the player for a while and are now eager to sign him from Hearts of Oak.

It is understood that the club has already made an official offer to the Phobians and have expressed readiness to pay $600,000 for the forward.

As things stand, Hearts of Oak have not taken any decision on whether to sell the player or not. The next couple of weeks will be crucial.
