The Black Princesses will now travel to Australia on Monday for a training tour ahead of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup next month.

The initial plan of the team leaving Accra for Melbourne on Friday could not materialise following the Sports Ministry's failure to release money for the trip.

Coach Didi Dramani and his girls are expected to spend a week in Australia before leaving for Papua New Guinea for the tournament which begins on November 13.

A 21-team delegation with management members and the technical team will embark on the journey.

Ghana, making a fourth successive World Cup appearance are in the same group with the USA, France and New Zealand.
