Black Queens travel to Libreville ahead of Gabon encounter

The Black Queens of Ghana have departed Ghana to Libreville to face Gabon for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic qualifier.

The senior national female team will face their Gabonese opponents in a two-legged qualifier for a place in the 2020 Olympic Games which will start from July 24 to August 9, 2020.

The first leg will come off on the 28th of August with the return leg scheduled for September 3 in Ghana.

Ghana was among seven other countries including Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Equatorial Guinea that drew bye in the preliminary round of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and are expected take on their respective opponents in the second round of the qualifiers.
