Assistant coach of the Black Stars, Didi Dramani has offered solutions on how teams can play competitively and also improve the Ghana Premier League.

The top flight has witnessed poor attendance at the various league centres due to lack of quality of play in the ongoing 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.

With five games to end the season, the former Asante Kotoko gaffer has highlighted the significance of clubs having an identity with respect to the team’s structure and charged coaches and players to exhibit high-quality football at all levels.

"I think that the game is beginning to take a certain shape, the shape of the structure and you can see that all the teams are trying to implement a clear identity of a structure and this is very important," he told Citi Sports.

"Right from the build-up play, through to the other phases of play, how teams are trying to play around the channels.

"I also think that there are other concerns which are very critical that we need to address; how players have to stay in the game and in football, the game must flow.

"Match officials must also allow the game to flow, sometimes the stoppages are very unnecessary.

"It is a work in progress and I believe we will get there with time," he added.
