Black Stars (B) hold first training session in Kumasi

Black Stars B held their first training session at the Baba Yara Stadium on Thursday afternoon ahead of the 2020 Total African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers clash against Burkina Faso.

Twenty seven (27) players were present at the first training session.

Coach Maxwell Konadu guided the team through rigourous physical exercise with much focus on testing their endurance, physical strength and speed level.

The players were taken through a lot of  different kind of physical exercise by the assistant coach of the team Dauda Lutterodt.

The team will train tomorrow at the same venue.

Ghana will host the first leg on 26th September before traveling to Ouagadougou for the return fixture which is scheduled to be played after the WAFU tournament in Senegal.

The CHAN tournament is exclusively reserved for footballers playing in their domestic leagues.
