Black Stars goalkeeper's trainer Najau Issah set to join Asante Kotoko

Black Stars goalkeeper's trainer Najau Issah is on the verge of joining Asante Kotoko ahead of the start of the 2020/21 football season, according to reports.

The Porcupine Warriors want to augment their technical team with Issah, who has agreed to join them ahead of their participation in the Caf Champions League.

Coach Maxwell Konadu will be teaming up with his former colleague as who he worked with at the Black Stars 'B'.

Issah's arrival will see the demotion of Asante Kotoko long-standing technical staff namely Joe Baah and Sampson Appiah from their position as the club's goalkeepers' coaches.

He has previously worked with Wa All Stars, Black Queen’s, Black Maidens, Black Princesses and the Black Stars B.

He is currently working with Legon Cities FC and the Black Stars of Ghana.
