Ghana international Edmund Addo has shared his excitement after sealing a move to Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade from Sparta Subotica.
The Black Stars midfielder completed his move on Wednesday after passing his medicals after his international duty with the Senior national team.
Addo penned a four-year deal and is expected to play a huge role for the club ahead of next season.
The midfielder has been on the radar of the Serbian champions dating back to his time at Sheriff Tiraspol.
“Same Goal and Target, New Challenge” he tweeted.
He joined Spartak Subotica last January after several tussles between Sherif and Crvena Zvezda. Injuries restricted him to just 11 appearances in the league but Red Star Belgrade are encouraged by his performances.
He joins Black Stars teammate Osman Bukari who had an amazing first season with the Serbian giants.
