Bofoakwa Tano coach John Eduafo impressed with players’ performance in draw against Hearts of Oak

Bofoakwa Tano coach John Eduafo says he impressed with his outfits output against Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League on Monday.

The Sunyani-based club held the Phobians to a 1-1 draw at the WAFA Park in matchday 20 of the domestic top-flight.

Midfielder Salifu Ibrahim opened the scoring for the Phobians in the first half but Emmanuel Agyenim Boateng equalize for Bofoakwa Tano to earn a point for the visitors.

“I’m very impressed with the way the team played and we are looking forward that going into the next game we will at least try and win our home game” he said.

Despite the draw, Hearts of Oak remains in the 8th position on the league table. Bofoakwa Tano, fighting against relegation, still sits second from the bottom.

Bofoakwa Tano will play host to Heart of Lions in matchday 21 of the Ghana Premier League.
