Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake is flattered by praise from Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
Conte has admitted he was disappointed when Ake was sold in August.
"That's nice to hear, but I had already taken the decision to leave Chelsea," Ake told Voetbal International. "Last year, I got the idea that it was time to play, so I had taken the decision anyway."
Bournemouth have won two of the past three games.
"The first few weeks were difficult. We lost some matches, but in the last few weeks it's getting better. I hope we can continue this," added Ake.
