Barcelona forward Neymar has revealedthat his side haven't thought about Real Madrid's recent results, only their own.

Luis Enrique's side left it late to secure all three points on Sunday afternoon, beating Atletico Madrid 2-1 at theVicente Calderon due to goals from Rafinha and Lionel Messi.

It looked for a while as though they would be left at the top of La Liga after the weekend, that was until Real Madrid clawed back a two-goal deficitto beat Villarreal 3-2 away from home.

Real Madrid are now one point above Barcelona with a game in hand but the Catalans are on a four-match winning streak, which could see the gap slashed if the run can continue into next weekend.

But Neymar has admitted that his side aren't paying attention to Madrid's results, solely focussing on their own matches.

"We do not think about other teams, we must look after ourselves," Neymar said, as quoted in theDaily Mail. "Our rivals will do their bit or they will fail.

Ex-Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was also on form in the Spanish capital on Sunday night, providing Rafinha with an assist for the opener and he feels that the result gives his side a huge boost of confidence.

He said:"There's still a lot of league to go but a win here was a boost for our confidence. The important thing was to take all three points.

"All the players were on top form. We have shown that we have the ambition to fight for the title.

"We knew that this was a great chance to turn the league around."
