Black Stars head coach, Charles Akonnor, has given Greuther Furth midfielder, Jamie Leweling his first callup into the team.
Leweling was born in German town, Nurnberg. He began his footballing career with German outfit SC Feucht youth team and later moved to Nurnberg's youth setup.
In 2018, he joined the Greuther Furth youth team and has made a steady progress into their first team. This season, he has made five appearances for Furth in Bundesliga 2 and has recorded one assist.
It will be interesting to see what he brings to the table.
