Information reaching footballghana.com indicates that Youth and Sports Minister, Hon. Nii Lante Vanderpuye has ordered the the Black Stars management committee to inform Avram Grant to use local players for Ghana's 2017 AFCON final qualifier against Rwanda because the country can’t fund airfares of the foreign players .
Grant has already named a a very familiar 23-man squad for the game in Accra next month.
Many were of the view that considering Ghana's qualification to the tournament Grant should have named a set of local players for the game.
