Radio Cadiz says Cadiz have opened talks to sign Yanez for the new season.
They can offer Yanez regular football and No1 status after the departure of Jesus Fernandez.
Real coach Zinedine Zidane is already preparing to lose Yanez, having tapped son Luca Zidane as his replacement.
Luca will be promoted to the senior squad as third keeper behind Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla once Yanez moves on.
