Renowned football scout who doubles as a coach, Ebenezer Sefa has shared that he would wish Ashgold head coach Ricardo Da Rocha will start attacker Amos Frimpong when the side takes on RS Bekane this weekend.

The Miners are set for a crucial first leg tie against their counterpart from Morocco in the second round of this year’s CAF Confederations Cup.

In the Ghana Premier League side’s last match against Akonangui FC, the gaffer relied on Brazilian midfielder Marco Silva and Amos Addai as his enforcers.

Days to the RS Bekane clash, coach Ebenezer Sefa has indicated that he would wish Amos Nkrumah gets the nod to start ahead of both Marco Silva and Amos Addai in the attack.

“I would wish the Coach starts Marco Silver and Amos Addai from the bench and use Amos Nkrumah because he is an enforcer”, he said in an interview with Ashh FM.

Giving further insights on the Miners squad, the top scout shared, “Ashgold have both dangerous and influential players in their team who decides games for them”.

“Shafiu Mumuni is the most dangerous player in the Ashgold team because he can score the least chance he gets”.

“Appiah McCarthy and Latif Anabila are the most influential players in the Ashgold team because they decide the outcome of their games for the team”.

Coach Ebenezer Sefa further predicted a tough match between Obuasi Ashanti Gold and RS Bekane.

“RS Berkane is a very good team and they will give Ashgold a very tough game”.

The match comes off this Saturday, September 14, 2019, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
