CAF Confed Cup: Dreams FC tactician Karim Zito outlines game plan for Milo FC showdown

Published on: 18 August 2023

Dreams FC gaffer Karim Zito has revealed his game plan ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup preliminary round fixture against Guinean side Milo FC.

The Still Believe lads are representing Ghana in the Confederations Cup after emerging as winners in the Ghana FA Cup, beating King Fiasal in the final.

Dreams FC are scheduled to face Milo FC in the preliminary round first leg on Saturday, August 19, before the reverse fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium a week later.

“When you are going into a game, you need to respect your opponent to guide yourself from any calamity. Unfortunately, I didn’t get full video of Remo Stars but I have had a bit of video of them and I realized they score more goals at home than their away games”

“I’m going to study them and by 15 minutes into the game, I will know what to do apart from the initial plan. We are going to be very careful and then try to get a goal or at least return home with a draw” he said.

An 18-man team led by coach Abdul Karim Zito and some management members are currently in Guinea ahead of their game against Milo FC.
