CAF Confederation Cup: Sports Minister Mustapha Ussif to give Dreams FC 'surprise' package ahead of Zamalek game

Minister for Youth and Sports, Mustapha Ussif, is gearing up to deliver a surprise package to Dreams FC ahead of their crucial match against Zamalek, as disclosed by Ministry spokesperson Charles Amofah.

Scheduled for Sunday, April 28, at the Baba Yara Stadium, Dreams FC faces Egyptian giants Zamalek in the second leg of their CAF Confederation Cup semi-final.

Dreams, making their debut in continental competition, seek a spot in the final after a goalless draw in the first encounter against Zamalek.

Anticipation heightens as the outcome could impact Ghana's allocation of slots in inter-club competitions. The impending surprise visit from Minister Ussif and his deputy to Kumasi could provide a morale boost for the Still Believes lads.

Amofah, speaking to Asempa FM, hinted at significant news for the club, stating, "An elder does not pay a visit with empty hands. I assure the club that they will receive good news from the government."

With an undefeated record at home, Dreams FC looks to their fans at the Baba Yara Stadium for support in overcoming the upcoming challenge.
