Zamalek SC's coach, Jose Gomes, is brimming with confidence ahead of their clash with Dreams FC on Sunday.

The Egyptian side will face off against the Ghanaian team in the return leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semifinals at the Baba Yara Stadium.

After failing to score in the first leg, the Portuguese manager is determined to secure a victory against Karim Zito's side.

Gomes anticipates a different game in Ghana, with factors like the grass, humidity, and temperature playing a role, but he remains steadfast in his belief that Zamalek will find the net.

"Things will be very different in the return match, especially with the grass, humidity and temperature, and even if things are like that, I trust the players," he told CAF media.

"We expected more from the players in the match regarding the way we played. We had many chances and did not score, and it is possible that we will score in Ghana, even if at least one goal," he added.

Zamalek is set to arrive in Ghana on Thursday for the highly anticipated game, which kicks off at 16:00 GMT on Sunday.
