Ghana Premier League outfit Dreams FC will depart Ghana to Guinea on Thursday ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup preliminary round first leg tie against Milo FC.

The Still Believe lads will play the Guinean side as they make their debut appearance in the CAF inter-club competition after winning the Ghana FA Cup which made them eligible to compete at that level.

Milo FC will host Dreams FC on Saturday, August 19 before the reverse fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium a week later.

Dreams FC are hoping to make a meaningful impact in their maiden African campaign. As Ghana's representative in the Confederations Cup, the Still Believe lads are taking the necessary steps to make the team strong as they compete with giants on the continent.

They have secured the services of experienced striker John Antwi and other players to bolster their squad for the campaign.

Meanwhile, the club have also engaged in a couple of friendly games to test the strength of their team ahead of the campaign.

The Still Believe lads will play their last friendly game against Heart of Lions on Tuesday afternoon before they depart on Thursday for Guinea.
