General Manager of Dreams FC, Ameenu Shardow, believes his outfit has what it takes to beat FC Kallon in te return leg to make it to the money zone.

In the first leg of the second round of the preliminary games of the CAF Confederations Cup, the Ghana Premier League side recorded a 2-1 win over the Sierra Leonean side at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday.

While discussing the possibility of playing the second leg outside Sierra Leone due to logistical complications at Kallon’s end, Shardow was adamant his team would get the needed results to qualify.

“We don’t want to make any complaints over it (logistics challenge) we are very focused. Like I said the job is not done," he told Citi Sports.

"We wish we could have scored more goals to make it (the win) even more comfortable but then I think we are good enough to go for the return fixture and get the job done.”

Veteran forward John Antwi scored the winning goal from the penalty spot after FC Kallon drew level just before halftime.

Dreams’ Godfred Atuahene scored the game’s opening goal in the 11th minute.

Dreams FC will be hosted at the Southern Arena Stadium by FC Kallon on Friday, September 29 in the second leg.
