Hassacas Ladies midfielder Evelyn Badu has set sights on winning the maiden edition of the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League in Egypt.

The 19 years old scored four goals to top the scorers’ chart to the moment and also won the “Woman of the Match” award twice, as she was voted by the tournament’s Technical Study Group (TSG) as the best in the mini-league stage.

Hasaacas will play the Moroccan side ASFAR in the semifinals on Monday at the 30 June Stadium at exactly 2:00 PM.

"I’m really grateful to win this award two times in a row and to be the top scorer. This only makes me want to do more," Evelyn told CAFOnline.com.

"I thank god for this opportunity to play in the CAF Women’s Champions League. It was a dream that came true and now I just want to achieve more."

She added, "I hope Hasaacas Ladies lift the trophy because as a team, whenever there is a trophy at stake, we don’t leave it behind. We want to make history in this particular tournament."
