English-born Ghanaian midfielder Cameron Antwi scored in Cardiff u-21's 4-2 win against Ipswich Town on Friday afternoon.

Following a challenging start, the Bluebirds quickly turned the tide in the last five minutes. Joel Bagan went up and scored an incredible free kick that skimmed off the underside of the bar to give Darren Purse's team the lead after Cameron Antwi was fouled on the outside of the area.

To double their lead, they simply needed to wait two minutes. As Cameron Antwi received the bouncing ball, he controlled the ball into the bottom corner with time and space.

Just 25 minutes into the game, City was down to 10 men. After a tackle on Tawanda Chirewa, Aidan MacNamara was deemed to be the last man, which caused the referee to dismiss the full-back.

Jesse Nwabueze's corner sparked chaos in the City box, and Tawanda Chirewa ultimately bundled the ball over the goal line to make it 2-1.

Ipswich had the better chance of scoring the next goal, but City hit them on the break to increase their advantage.

Ipswich scored once again two minutes later. Ipswich attempted to score an equalizer in stoppage time, but Lennon Peake led a breakaway and his ball found Ashford, who maintained his calm to give the Bluebirds a 4-2 victory.
