Cameroon coach Clarence Seedorf tips midfield as teams strongest weapon ahead of Ghana match

Head Coach for the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, Clarence Seedorf has disclosed the midfield of his team is their strongest weapon and they will utilize it in their second Group F match against the Black Stars of Ghana.

Cameroon and Ghana are set to meet later today for their respective second matches of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Currently ongoing in Egypt.

Whiles the Indomitable Lions already has 3 points and with a good chance of making it into the knockout stage, the Black Stars sits on just a point with a lot of pressure on them to find a way past their match day 2 opponents or risk going home early.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, the formal AC Milan star man who now coaches Cameroon shared that he is aware their match against Ghana is going to be tough but they are going to stay compact in defense and press from their midfield which he believes is the team’s key weapon.

“Ghana has quality and I know it is going to be a tough match but we are prepared. We will entertain compact defense and attack when we pick on Ghana. Pressing from the midfield is our key weapon”, Clarence Seedorf said.

The match will be played at the Ismailia Stadium later today at 17:000GMT.
