Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher believes Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech is on the decline.
Carragher believes Cech should've done better for Kevin De Bruyne's goal in defeat to Manchester City.
Carragher said on Sky Sports: "Petr Cech should save that."
He continued on to say: "I think he is one of the great goalkeepers in the Premier League, but now he's just a good goalkeeper."
One stat reveals Cech is yet to save a penalty for Arsenal, conceding 13 from 13.
