Former Barcelona star Francisco Carrasco is delighted by news of a deal being close for Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.
Catalan media sources have claimed this week that Griezmann's move to Barca is now settled.
Carrasco is delighted and told El Mundo Deportivo: "Griezmann would have a place in Barcelona. Yes, because he is one of the five best mentally.
"With others, it could be a gamble, but the weight of the shirt will not weigh on him.
"When he left Real Sociedad, it happened. Now he is brilliant. He is a player that the defences do not want to face."
