Charlton Athletic eye summer move for Omar Bogle

Charlton Athletic are eyeing a summer move for English-born Ghanaian striker Omar Bogle.

The 26-year-old has been a subject of transfer speculation after leaving Cardiff City on July 1, 2020.

Bogle has been linked with a move to several clubs in England with the League One side keen on securing his services.

According to Sportsworldghana.com, negotiations between Charlton and his representatives are expected to commence next week ahead of a possible deal.

The striker has previously played for Portsmouth, ADO Den Haag, and Grimsby Town where he banged in the goals which propelled them to the fourth-tier before he left for Wigan Athletic.

He made 77 appearances and scored 35 goals for Grimsby Town during his stay at the club.
