Chelsea are moving for Anderlecht superkid Youri Tielemans.
TMW says Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is a fan of the young Belgian and instructed his directors to move for the midfielder.
Chelsea have already made an approach and Anderlecht chief Herman Van Holsebeeck has intimated a willingness to negotiate.
Van Holsebeeck is expecting to sell Tielemans this summer for over €20 million.
Everton are also confirmed suitors for the youngster.
