Chelsea captain Cahill: We\'ll rally around Morata after penalty gaffe

Chelsea captain Gary Cahill insists Alvaro Morata is in good spirits despite his fluffed penalty at Wembley.

Morata missed in their shootout defeat to Arsenal for Sudnay's Community Shield.

Cahill said: "There's no problem with him, he's a massive player, he's massively experienced even at that young age.

"We'll all get together and rally around him and I'm sure he'll start the season well and bang in goals for us.

"Michy's (Batshuayi) been scoring a lot of goals preseason as well, so they're going to be vital for us this year, we're going to rely on them a lot for sure.

"It goes for any forward. As soon as you get a goal you're up and running, you feel like it, so the sooner the better.

"But we have to prepare right now for next week, it's going to be important for us, it's going to be a tough season, no doubt about that."
