Chelsea have recalled defender Wallace Oliveira early from his loan spell at Brazilian side Gremio, according to Sport Witness.

The 23-year-old, who had joined the Blues from Fluminense in 2013, failed to make an impact with Gremio and was training with the reserves.
Oliveira's loan spell was supposed to finish next Friday, but he hasn't made an appearance since the turn of the year and has been allowed to leave.

The full-back has spent last four seasons on loans at various clubs in Italy, Brazil and the Netherlands, and it has become very clear that his future doesn't belong at Chelsea.
