According to Daily Express, Chelsea management are planning an about 52 million euros bid aimed to get Brazilian international left-back/winger Alex Sandro (27) signed from Juventus. While Bianconeri have already turned down both Manchester United and PSG on former Porto player, Blues are quite in a hurry for signing new footballers, before being possibly sanctioned by FIFA, due to minor age players enlisting rules break they might be charged with.
