While having been turned down by Chelsea on Willian last summer, Barcelona FC, according to The Guardian, might now be offered 30-year old Brazilian international winger, as a settlement for reaching out to star attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho (26). So far, former Inter Milan player hasn't shown the great deal of skills at Blaugrana, which he joined in January 2018; nonetheless, Spanish giants are not planning to get rid of him, for the time being at least.
