Chelsea set sights on PSG keeper Areola to replace Begovic

According to The Sun, Chelsea have quickly turned their focus towards PSG goalkeeper Alphonse Areola, as they look to replace Bournemouth-bound Asmir Begovic.

The Bosnian sealed his transfer from Stamford Bridge on Tuesday after agreeing terms with the Cherries.

Areola started 15 league matches for the Parisians last season, and managed six clean sheets.

German Kevin Trapp eventually replaced Areola as Unai Emery's number 1 in February, and it is understood the former France youth wants a fresh challenge at a new club.
