Swansea manager Paul Clement will continue in his position even if the Welsh club suffer relegation from Premier League this season.
The Swans currently sit at 18th spot on the Premier League table, and are two points adrift of the safety from the drop with three games left to play this season.
However, the former Bayern Munich coach has impressed the club owners since taking over in January, and they want him to continue irrespective of the results.
Swansea will host Everton on Saturday followed up by games against Sunderland away and West Brom at home.
