The Club Licensing Board is set to visit to Liberty Professionals' home venue, Carl Reindorf in Dansoman for further inspection on the field.
Last month, the board revoked the License of Liberty Professionals FC for the use of the Park after fans killed three snakes during Liberty’s matchday 5 encounter against Hearts of Oak. The match finished 2-1 in favour of the Phobians.
The decision was taken as a result of the club’s inability to rectify the infrastructural challenges based on which they were granted a provisional license with conditions, failing which the license shall be withdrawn.
Liberty Professionals have since been using the Accra Sports stadium as their temporary home ground for the past few games in the on-going 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
The Club has reapplied for a license to use the Carl Reindorf Park again as they intend to correct the defects.
