Coach Edward Nii Odoom will take charge of the first team training of Accra Hearts of Oak after the club announced on Tuesday evening that they have parted ways with manager Kim Grant.
The sacking of the former Black Stars striker has come on the back of Phobians defeat to Berekum Chelsea in the opening weekend of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
According to a statement from the club, Youth coach Edward Nii Odoom will take the place f Kim Grant for the interim.
With the Accra-based club set to be in action next weekend against Medeama SC, the new gaffer will hit the ground running from Wednesday to prepare the team of the task that lies ahead.
